Position Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our growing product management organisation and drive part of our core Listings product forward. This role will focus on driving our top used, cash-cow product forward and lead it to new growth heights. We are looking for a customer-centric Product Manager who is obsessed with impeccable UX and improving customers lives day-to-day. You will be contributing to the overall product strategy alongside your Design and Engineering counterparts, and you will specifically be responsible for translating Uberall’s overarching value proposition into actionable insights and smart recommendations across several user touchpoints.
Your Responsibilities :
* Take ownership of a core part of Uberall’s product and product roadmap. Lead the overall strategy and vision and create an outcome-driven roadmap delivering value to customers and reselling partners.
* Lead the product discovery effort leveraging data, internal feedback collection, regular customer interviews, research, technical requirements, etc. to understand the needs of our personae & find the most suitable solutions. Champion continuous discovery habits throughout the product organisation.
* Leverage the best research methods in collaboration with Product Design and Data Analyst to identify user pain points (product data analysis, user testing, etc.)
* You will be responsible for the appropriate planning, prioritisation, and release management processes with your Engineering counterpart to enable us to launch new features rapidly.
* Drive a test and iterate approach focusing on experimentation to validate ideas before building software.
* Drive and analyze results of product features and launches.
* Implement tactics to maximise the adoption of your features and their business impact.
* Partner with Uberall’s marketing, sales, support and success teams to coordinate the go-to-market strategy and ensure high impact of releases.
* Communicate frequently and clearly to internal stakeholders and customers/partners.
* Define, report and optimise product goals and KPIs to improve your product area.
* Contribute to and improve our product practices with your expertise, knowledge, learnings from past experiences, books, podcasts, communities, etc.
Your Profile:
* 5+ years working in the product management of a core B2B SaaS platform. Bonus points for being in MarTech and/or transforming a core product platform. You built multiple products that reached large-scale product-market-fit.
* Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial approach to building products.
* Ability to couple your business sense with data (using Pendo, Heap, and SQL)
* Work with Product Analysts to derive how to increase LTV and reduce Churn via proper Activation.
* History of leading product discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions.
* Experience in crafting great, simple user experiences in complex, data-rich customer-facing products.
* Solid analytical thinking - you can evaluate sets of data, identify opportunities, and draw insights to incorporate in your product and demonstrate value to your customers.
* Outstanding communicator - your message to both internal and external stakeholders is crisp, clear and to the point. You can convey a narrative that creates clarity out of ambiguity, articulates well-conceived goals, and builds consensus amongst your peers and partners.
