Due to increased curriculum demand, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher of girls’ PE to join our high performing PE department for 2 terms. Potential candidates will be dynamic, influential, and innovative individuals who exemplify what it means to be an excellent role model as a physical educator and sports performer.

Successful candidates will need to be confident in delivering a range of sports across a broad curriculum, not just their specialism. Being a current and active participant in sport is desirable.
PE is a popular subject and we have over 250 students choosing to pursue Physical Education and sport as an examinable subject in KS4. We also have a thriving Sixth Form where we offer examinable PE in addition to the high-quality core offer that all students access. We are proud to offer a diverse range of extracurricular clubs across the school week giving students a chance to improve their personal fitness; acquire skills and develop abilities in a range of sports, foster a love of sport and provide chances to excel and represent the school in local, county and national competitions. As a member of the PE team a passion and willingness for delivering extracurricular clubs and fixtures is essential and key in helping up develop ‘the best in everyone’.
