We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive our content, brand engagement, and community impact. You’ll be at the heart of WeComm’s voice, crafting bold, innovative campaigns that showcase our industry relevance beyond recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Social Media & Content Creation – Owning our LinkedIn and TikTok strategy, understanding the nuances of both. LinkedIn is where we showcase our impact beyond recruitment, and TikTok is all about bringing the fun, personality, and rebellious spirit of WeComm to life.
2. Executing a Killer Brand Strategy – Working on an exciting mix of short-term activations and long-term brand-building projects. We have a clear vision, and you’ll be instrumental in delivering it.
3. Industry Events & Community Engagement – We’re known for hosting some of the most talked-about events in retail, from masterclasses empowering women in the industry to high-level roundtables with C-suite executives. Everything we do has purpose—bringing the right people together and making an impact.
4. Marketing Collateral – Creating standout decks, presentations, and internal documentation that bring our brand relevance and industry influence to life.
5. Working with a Marketing Assistant – You’ll have support for scheduling and administrative tasks so you can focus on big-picture strategy and creative execution.
