Within this service, we support individuals requiring various levels of support around both learning difficulties, mental health and other diagnosis. You will need to have proven experience of working in a similar environment and position. Care Manager Responsibilities Achieve and maintain registration with CQC To be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and reviews of the practices and systems, to ensure that they meet and exceed the requirements of the service.
