InHealth sees more than 5 million patients each year and diagnostic imaging is one of the busiest services that we provide. Following the Michael Richards report, in which it was highlighted that diagnostic services should be delivered taking a new approach to provide more accessibility to people in the community away from acute settings, we at InHealth are excited to be partnering with the NHS to develop new Community Diagnostic Centres to support this vison. Following this we are delighted to be opening a new Community Diagnostic Centre in Chelmsley Wood Birmingham in March 2025, and we are actively recruiting now to build a passionate and dedicated team to, ready to support this nationwide programme to enhance the availability of diagnostic Radiography in the community, while enhancing your own career. Right now, we are looking to recruit an Administration Manager, to work closely alongside the Service Manager. What you will do: Support the Service Manager with the day to day running of the service, and support in overseeing the Clinic Support team as required, to ensure the smooth running of the service and that KPI and Audit data is readily available for the service manager, to know all contractual requirements are being achieved alongside our partnership with the HS

Hours: Monday-Friday, hours a week, with additional weekend on call
Location: Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham

What you will do:

What you are responsible for:
1. Monthly KPI reports
2. Overseeing and ensuring regular audits take place
3. Induct, support and train clinical support staff
4. Support with Rotas as required
5. Work with the clinical leads to gather information as needed for reports
6. Support the clinical support team where needed
7. Understand the NHS partnership contractual agreements- and the information required to report on this to the Service Manger
8. Understand internal compliance and policies
9. Support in the recruitment of clinical support staff
10. Respecting and working within patient's and service users' customs, values and spiritual beliefs, making sure their views are sought and taken into account
11. Supporting patient bookings and making sure patient information systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information
We are looking for someone who has:
12. A high level of professionalism and technical standard of work
13. Aptitude towards improving quality
14. The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
15. Understanding of the implications of the Data Protection Act, Caldicott Principles and GDPR
16. A strong team player attitude, being supportive, caring, reliable and trustworthy
17. The ability to be calm when working under pressure and in a busy environment
18. A positive attitude, taking pride in their work and is passionate about the service they provide.
19. Proven leadership skills
20. Ability to prioritise and work independently

22. Healthcare industry experience would be desirable
23. Proficiently working with word, powerpoint and excel
