A forward-thinking consultancy is looking for Client Accountants to partner with their Property Managers to offer cohesive teams for their clients.
Managing commercial portfolios, you will assist in the day-to-day client portfolio upkeep.
Proactivity is necessary as you will be expected to promptly deal with client queries, produce financial statements, and manage a portfolio of clients of various sizes and intricacy.
You will be joining a team where collaboration and contribution are highly encouraged. From Seniors to Assistants, the team's ethics are to work cohesively as a well-oiled Client Accounting team.
Daily Tasks Include:
1. Rent collections/arrears, Accounts payable and Credit Control for properties.
2. Providing quarterly reports to relevant stakeholders.
3. Ensure reconciliation of service charge expenditure and income.
4. Providing support and advice to clients on any financial queries that arise.
5. Effective communication with internal surveying and management teams to align with client services.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Previous experience in Property Finance.
2. Sound understanding of cloud software and advanced IT skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Ability to be a positive team player as well as work independently.
