We have been retained by a key client of ours in the fenestration sector to source and secure a Regional Sales Manager for their South East region. Our client is a growing company in the aluminium fabrication space and is now looking to expand their RSM team.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
1. Growing the region through a technical, solutions-based sales style.
2. Expanding the customer network through current and new products being introduced to the market.
3. Delivering on the growth strategy with a key focus placed on new business.
4. Ensuring a consultative sale.
5. Focusing on installers, fitters, housebuilders, and merchants.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced in selling a fenestration or construction-based product to installers, manufacturers, or merchants. You should be well versed in technical sales rather than off-the-shelf selling. The ideal candidate will focus on a solutions-led sales approach, be an excellent communicator, and be organized and structured in their approach. This role requires a hunter mentality.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established yet expanding organization. You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £55,000, as well as a car and bonus. OTE is typically £85,000.
