Are you an experienced Sales Valuer looking for a new challenge?
Our clients, an established Estate Agency, are seeking a Sales Valuer to join their busy team in the Faringdon area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and winning instructions, along with a commitment to outstanding customer service and local knowledge (desirable).
As a Sales Valuer, you will be a key member responsible for conducting and generating branch valuations. Therefore, the successful candidate must already have sales valuation and listing experience.
Working hours:
* Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm
* One in three Saturdays 9:00am – 4:00pm, with a day off in lieu
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
* Up to £30,000 basic salary
* Leading commission structure with an OTE of around £40,000
* Experience within Estate Agency with valuations, appraisals, and listings
* A full and valid UK driver’s license
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven and dynamic approach
* Analytical skills to identify market and economic trends
* Local knowledge (desirable)
Key duties of a Sales Valuer include:
* Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, or face-to-face
* Generating valuations through canvassing and business development
* Attending valuations and listings
* Negotiating offers for sale
* Generating leads and following up
* Converting valuations and winning new instructions
