This is an exciting role that sits at the heart of the People Team reporting to the Senior People Business Partner and works across a wide range of areas including facilities and office management, people operations including people experience, internal communications, and events management. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s an experienced and passionate office administrator, looking for exposure to the world of HR.
A typical day in this role includes:
1. Being a friendly, welcoming face of the office, meeting and greeting guests, and being the go-to person for any office related queries or arrangements.
2. Taking great care of the office, maintaining office supplies and snacks, booking couriers, managing post and deliveries, and liaising with buildings management team to ensure the facilities are in good working order.
3. Processing invoices, setting up new suppliers, budget tracking, and general administration.
4. Liaising with the office managers across our different global offices to prepare for visits from Senior stakeholders, training days, or internal staff events.
5. Supporting the People Coordinator with recruitment and welcoming new joiners to the office.
6. Supporting the wider internal People Team with engagement initiatives, preparing slides, helping with internal communications platforms and other ad hoc duties.
7. Coordinating events e.g., Town Hall meetings, conferences, fundraising/wellbeing events, and team activities.

This is an office-based role so you must be willing to travel to Battersea on a full time basis with some flexibility if needed.
What you’ll need:
1. Experience of working in an admin/coordination role in a fast paced environment with a variety of tasks, preferably 1-2 years.
2. Experience working with and building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent written and communication skills.
5. Good collaboration skills across various teams and departments.
6. A positive can-do attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to taking on new tasks or supporting the People Team in other areas when required (People Operations, Learning & Development, People Experience, Internal Communications, Reward).
7. Experience with handling business-sensitive information in a professional manner, maintaining highest levels of confidentiality.
