Day to Day: As a Paralegal, you will provide support to assigned solicitors and lawyers through internal and external client service.
The employment team offers guidance and assistance to individuals and SME (small to medium-sized enterprise) clients on all employment-related issues. We provide these services either on a retained basis or on a case-by-case basis, depending on the client's specific requirements. You will assist with administrative and legal duties, which may include, but are not limited to:
1. Supporting employment tribunal or high court litigation.
2. Assisting with matters involving dismissals and breaches of contract.
3. Providing support on post-termination disputes.
4. Assisting with commercial immigration work, including sponsor license applications.
What we look for: We are a friendly team who look for the same.
You might be a recent law graduate or an individual currently undertaking the SQE/LPC who is eager to advance your career. While previous experience within an Employment team would be advantageous, we're equally interested in hearing from those with relevant work or academic background demonstrating a genuine interest in this field.
If you have this experience and are keen to develop your career in Employment Law, then we would strongly encourage you to apply.
