As part of this journey, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Operations Assistant to help shape and define our growing Human Resources team.
We’re looking for our People Operations Assistant to deliver transactional services to a high level throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The role will be fundamental to providing legal compliance and an efficient service across Red Bull Technology Group.
In this role, you’ll work with your line manager to adopt a continuous improvement philosophy to find process efficiencies. You will work with new starters and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding, reference processes, and induction meetings for new hires. This role will work closely with all teams within the Human Resources team, giving great exposure to the fantastic work we do.
To be successful in this People Operations Assistant role, you will need:
* A basic understanding of employment law.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work proactively and as part of a team.
* Ability to work with accuracy and have attention to detail.
* Previous experience within an administrative role.
* To be working towards or hold CIPD Level 3 is desirable.
