The Front of House Team Member is confident to make recommendations and suggestively sell, all the while maintaining Wagamama high standards. As a Front of House Team Member your key responsibilities include: Actively working as part of the team on shift, following through on tasks and activities set by the management team Offering menu recommendations to customers and suggestively selling Identifying guests’ with allergies and confidently handing the order over to a manager Confidently talking about each dish, describing its key ingredients, cooking methods and flavours Actively participating in incentives, restaurant goals and campaigns About You The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for food and service.
