The Department

The Role
As part of a team of Security Compliance Officers, you will oversee and maintain security protocols at the Club’s Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. Your primary function will be to provide a day-to-day, onsite, visible security presence. You will act as a Club ambassador, providing a welcoming and professional first impression to staff and visitors. Your day-to-day activities will include (but are not limited to): managing contractors, responding to onsite incidents, conducting regular patrols, reporting security breaches, monitoring CCTV systems and access control, updating security logs, checklists, and other documentation as required for recording and evidential purposes.

The successful candidate must hold a current SIA Security Guard Licence and have previous experience in a Security Officer role. You must be available to work shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends.

You will be a team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude, enjoying working as part of a successful team to achieve a common goal. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to build relationships with different audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) is also necessary.
