Bookkeeper 30 hours per week (to suit the needs of the business) Lytham - 100% office based £18.00 per hour Good company benefits Bookkeeper - role summary: Responsible for recording and processing daily financial transactions, updating the sales & purchase ledgers, and preparing Monthly Management Accounts. Maintain and file requisite documents for taxation compliance. Bookkeeper - main duties: maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying supplier and customer invoices implementing bookkeeping policies and procedures daily bank reconciliation preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly VAT returns reconciling entries to balance customer & supplier accounts maintaining a balanced general ledger preparing monthly management accounts preparing financial reports by analysing and summarising accounts information monitoring and reporting on variances against the plan advising management on financial and taxation compliance assisting with other financial activities such as running payroll Bookkeeper - the ideal applicant will have: professional finance qualification such as AAT previous bookkeeping experience preferred experience working in a fast-paced environment understanding of accounting standards and UK GAAP and accounting processes intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel and extensive experience of Sage 200 transactions and reporting If you have the experience and skills required, please Apply now ADZN1_UKTJ
