The Role:
Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a strong background in the motor trade? We have an outstanding opportunity with one of our valued clients, representing a high-end premium brand in a state-of-the-art facility. This rare opening is part of their ambitious growth plans and offers a rewarding salary package of up to £39,000 OTE!
In this role, you will be the cornerstone of customer service, working closely with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless and professional service experiences.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar Service Advisor role within the motor trade industry. Familiarity with premium brands and advanced customer service skills will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle service bookings via telephone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking methods.
2. Manage customer arrivals and departures, providing timely updates and promoting additional services.
3. Generate invoices, accept payments, and explain detailed work and any findings from technicians.
4. Rotate through administrative duties, with a particular focus on front desk operations, including booking and paperwork checks.
The Package:
Salary: £30,000 basic, with an OTE of up to £39,000!
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm) & 1 in 5 Saturdays (8:30 am - 12:30 pm).
