Registered Manager Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager for a new Children's setting based within the Solihull area. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality services to it's internal & external agencies. Registered Manager Qualifications Experience and good all round knowledge of OFSTED is essential Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively This Registered Manager position would also consider applications from applicants who are currently working as an experienced Deputy Manager and looking to progress into a Registered Managers role.
