As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Calibration Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional calibration services across the UK.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established team of calibration experts, combining technical expertise with customer interaction. You will be responsible for calibrating, testing, and maintaining a wide range of precision instruments both in our laboratory and at client sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Calibrate and test a variety of electrical, RF, and measurement instruments, including:
* Keysight (Agilent), Rohde & Schwarz, Anritsu, Aeroflex, Tektronix, Bird Electronics, Fluke, Seaward, and Megger.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of calibration techniques and standards.
* Produce and manage calibration documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and UKAS accreditation.
* Perform on-site calibration services at customer locations, requiring travel across the UK, particularly in the South East (overnight stays may be required).
* Provide technical advice and support to clients, identifying future calibration requirements.
* Work to meet and exceed service targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a professional appearance and high standards of customer care at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in calibrating and testing electrical, RF/microwave, and dimensional measurement instruments.
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and UKAS calibration standards.
* Ability to interpret technical documentation, procedures, and specifications.
* Full UK driving licence (essential for travel to client sites).
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service abilities.
* Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and occasionally stay overnight when required.
Desirable:
* HNC/HND or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
* Experience in mobile calibration services.
* Knowledge of calibration management software (e.g., MET/CAL, Fluke, or similar).
