Location: Hybrid - 3 days on-site in Burton-on-Trent Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 DOE Key Responsibilities: Sales & Purchase Ledger : Processing invoices, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts Bank & Cash Management : Conducting reconciliations and posting monthly journals Month-End Support : Assisting with reporting and control account reconciliations Expense Management : Processing staff expenses and reconciling company credit card transactions General Finance Admin : Handling queries, liaising with third parties, and supporting process improvements Office Administration : Ordering supplies, arranging meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations About you? Experience of using Sage 50 accounts. High level of attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly excel, word, and outlook. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate well, both verbally and in written form. AAT L2 (minimum), AAT L3 (desirable) or equivalent level of finance / accounting experience.
