Salary: Basic £26,000 per annum, plus commission

What you will be doing:
* Service Advisors arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services or repairs.
* Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/Job cards.
* Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department.
* Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.
What we need from you:
* Full manual driving licence.
* Previous experience working within an automotive service department.
* You will be patient and a good listener, with outstanding communication skills both in person and on the telephone.
* Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages.
