Performance Profile: Responsibilities: Working with our existing accounts to develop new and nurture existing, well-established accounts. Create a marketing strategy to develop new logo customers in Key industries like healthcare. Create awareness of our portfolio and the services that we can offer. Liaise and work with the technical pre-sales team. Understand our customers challenges and objectives to identify cross selling opportunities across the group. Ensure all enquiries are handled in line with quality procedures and company standards. Establish solid, long-term relationships with clients at all levels. Act as a trusted adviser and consultant to clients throughout the sales cycle by actively applying relevant market knowledge. Identify potential growth accounts and proactively seek out opportunities. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients. Help the sales team gain an understanding of customer feedback on the products. Embrace change and provide constructive ideas for improving service, working methods and environment. Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the Management of the Company. Skills & Experience: Minimum five years Senior Account Management experience Evidence of building effective relationships at all levels Proven track record of working independently and delivering results Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results A strong networker At least three years’ experience in both Analogue and Digital Radio Systems including radio applications Demonstrated experience in selling, negotiating and closing assigned accounts/markets Planning, prioritisation, and organisation – skilled in prioritising multiple projects/tasks, tracking and following through on activities Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, including negotiating price, terms, conditions and profitability of a deal Strong computing skills Must be able to work as part of a well-established sales team Driven, ambitious, new business hunter Aspire to achieve targets Self-motivated Communicative, reliable, and charismatic individual good at building new relationships Present a professional image of the company at all times ensuring best advice is provided Attention to detail and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
