The University of Liverpool is seeking a pro-active and organised Library Support Coordinator to join our vibrant Libraries, Museums & Galleries team.
You will:
1. Provide frontline customer care and library support across all library spaces (physical and digital).
2. Work with colleagues to create and manage online content.
3. Actively engage and interact with library users and colleagues.
You will focus on one of the following areas and provide expertise to support library services:
1. Operations and Service Continuity.
2. Library Circulation and Membership.
3. Support for Teaching.
4. Learning and Outreach.
5. Accessibility.
We're looking for someone who:
1. Has experience of dealing with the public in a busy service environment.
2. Thrives by working collaboratively.
3. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong enquiry management abilities.
5. Enjoys building relationships and leading a team.

You should have a minimum of 3 x GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above, including English. This is a part-time permanent position, working 28 hrs pw, Wednesday to Saturday inclusive.
