Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits

About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our client delivers exceptional service to their clients in turn within their integrated stores' solutions by leading & directing the daily operations of the Stores and Stores personnel. The role will be responsible for delivering operational excellence in the stores.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise the day-to-day duties of the Stores and stores personnel, ensuring the stores team delivers and achieves all of the store’s applicable performance metrics (i.e. stock checks, stock accuracy, site support, goods receipt and processing).
2. Develop good client relationships through regular communication and effective delivery of all of the store’s applicable performance metrics.
3. Deliver stores solutions as measured against the RS Integrated Supply Client satisfaction scorecard.
4. Maintain a consistently good performance in stores management as measured through the Opex program.
5. Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the stores and team.
6. Ensure the daily operations of the Stores are in line with Company processes and procedures.
7. Monitor compliance with Health and Safety within site operations and ensure adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy at all times.
8. Understand and respond to the needs of the Client to maintain exceptional service delivery.
9. Attend site meetings concerning any issues within the Stores and follow up accordingly.
10. Identify cost-saving measures that will benefit the Client.
11. Carry out other duties consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role.
Candidate requirements:
1. Experience delivering strong measurable results in an operational/stores management environment.
2. Ability to lead a team to deliver strong results.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders at site level.
4. Can-do attitude – the ambition and drive to challenge, deliver excellence and be positive about change.
5. Excellent IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
6. Experience using store operating management systems.
