Graphic Designer A leading and award-winning real estate firm is seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to be the lead behind their design projects. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and offering autonomy on all brand design work, you will design and deliver marketing collateral across all print and digital channels. This may include print and press advertising, brochures and presentations, direct mail, outdoor hoarding signage etc Produce engaging content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website banners and email campaigns Work with external agencies on larger projects and liaise with external suppliers to meet print deadlines Ensure that all work complies with the company’s brand guidelines and develop and maintain branded templates and documents Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns that are on brief, on brand, on time and on budget Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies and design best practices Requirements: Excellent skills in graphic design and editing software, across the full Adobe creative suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Track-record working in a graphic design role across multiple channels, including print and digital, preferably within the property or real estate sector Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, work fast and accurately to tight deadlines Energetic, passionate and driven with a desire to achieve outstanding results Articulate and thorough, showing excellent attention to detail
