We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Administrator for a fixed-term contract (FTC) in the Secretarial & Business Support department within a organisation in Burgess Hill. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Administrator As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
Maintain an organised and efficient filing system
Coordinate meetings and manage calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing communication
Comply with company policies and procedures
Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues as needed
Immediately Available|Strong Administrative experience
A successful Administrator should have:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
