We are looking for a friendly and ambitious person to join our team as an Apprentice Dental Nurse.
We are a forward-thinking, fully private independent dental practice, highly invested in technology to improve our patient care. You will have lots of learning opportunities, such as assisting with various procedures, PRGF, optical impressions, intra-oral appliance making, CEREC milling units, and 3D printing!
You will work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 day dedicated to your studies. We can offer some flexibility with hours if you wish to do part-time.
No previous dental experience is required as full on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the clinicians in a variety of procedures including fillings, extractions, surgical treatments, etc.
* Recording clinical records and general clinical administration duties.
* Basic reception duties.
* Decontamination of instruments.
* Cleaning the surgeries and infection control.
Requirements:
* Pass in GCSE English and Maths.
* Computer and IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Passion for learning and patient care.
* Reliable source of transport.

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
