Project Overview
Following our client's telephony cloud migration, they require all changes to telephony call routing to be standardized in a Visio format and applied across all countries. Currently, UK call plans are in Visio but need to be remapped into the new format. This initiative aims to proactively address any large-scale supplier changes that could impact our driver lines.
Scope of Work
1. Convert 322 call plans into the new Visio format.
2. Prioritize the conversion of 86 driver line plans.
The task involves converting existing plans to the new format, not designing new processes or call plans. Visio experience is required.
