An exciting opportunity for a full time, Spanish speaking Customer Services Administrator, predominantly based from home, within 1 hour commuting distance of the office near Heathrow. Offering a competitive package and base salary between £28k and £33k per annum.

Job Summary:
My client are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling 60 weekly customers / 150 orders, managing customer relationships, resolving inquiries and issues, and promoting their products and services to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, online chat).
Identify and understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Provide feedback on products and services to improve the company’s offerings.
Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets set by the company.
There will be a requirement to travel to the headquarters in Spain once every two months.
Experience, knowledge & skills required:
Previous demonstrable experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a commercial environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluent in both English and Spanish is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team across different countries.
Attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools and customer management software.
Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems efficiently.
Terms & Benefits:
2 week initial training period at headquarters in Sant Cuga
40 hours per week,
Salary between £28,000 - £33,000 per annum,
