Manage customer product-related inquiries as the main technical contact. Collaborate with a global account team to drive business growth and build a strong engineering-focused customer network. Align product portfolios with customer road maps and identify new opportunities. Manage escalations, communicate issues, and resolve technical challenges. Understand and advocate for both customer and internal priorities. Facilitate engineering and quality processes throughout the product life cycle. Provide on-site support at customer plants to address and resolve quality concerns.
**Requirements:**
• Automotive industry experience working with customers and suppliers.
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong network within automotive customers/suppliers.
• Proficiency in CAD software and customer-based portals preferred.
• Knowledge of OEM systems, processes, and quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma).
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.

• Report to the International Engineering Manager.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, quality, production, and engineering departments.
