Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Senior Security Contracts Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be a primary driver in ensuring that ServiceNow's security contract process aligns with our information security principles and architecture.
What you get to do in this role:
1. Collaborate with internal legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to review and enhance contractual language related to information security, data protection, and architecture.
2. Propose Standard Language: Act as a subject matter expert to propose new contractual language that sets standard terms related to information security.
3. Lead and participate in customer negotiations related to data security.
4. Analyze and assess the implications of proposed contractual terms on ServiceNow's security posture.
5. Stay current on ServiceNow architecture, industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to information security.
6. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment.
7. Engage in multiple contract negotiations with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
1. 5+ years of Information Security Expertise: Proven track record of applying information security principles to contractual language.
2. 4+ years of relevant Legal Experience: Experience working in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company.
3. Comprehensive Understanding of Enterprise IT Industry: In-depth knowledge of the enterprise IT landscape, including SaaS and cloud computing.
4. Team Collaboration and Information Sharing: Strong inclination towards teamwork.
5. Self-Starter with Goal-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to independently manage priorities.
6. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
7. Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications in information security, such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
