Client & Sales Administrator
A fantastic opportunity to operate within the heart of our business operations whilst growing and utilising your skill set across multiple areas. You will work closely with the Client & Sales Support Team to ensure customer expectations are met through processing all sales orders & work-flow, interacting with the depots & Transport Teams to achieve all orders being dispatched on time and in full.
This role is based within our Alton, Hampshire HQ and is office based,
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5pm
Your Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1. Processing Orders for Sale
Processing through InspHire
Order Confirmations
Pre-qualifying delivery with site
Client updates on Delivery dates
Raising Proforma invoices
Taking proforma Card payments
Working with our mechanical design team for bespoke design sign off
Working closely with our marketing team utilising Custom Liveries
2. Updating Pick Piles
Review per Depot Daily
Chasing through of outstanding orders
3. 1st Call
General Queries/Questions
Call fielding to other Departments
KPI’s
• Orders and work-flow processed seamlessly.
• Delivery in full on time. Ensure info and paperwork is with operations in a timely manner to ensure we can meet the customer's expectations.
• Maintain a positive image to the customer of the Conquip brand.
