SEN Teacher
About the Role:
Teach Now is looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Redbridge. This is a part-time position, perfect for an educator who thrives on making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.
You will be working with Key Stage 2 pupils, supporting a small group of children with a range of learning needs, tailoring the curriculum to meet individual goals, and collaborating closely with SENCOs, TAs, and parents to provide a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.

We're looking for someone who:
1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Has experience working with children with SEN in a mainstream or specialist setting
3. Is skilled in developing and delivering differentiated learning plans
4. Works well with a collaborative team and communicates effectively with parents and professionals
5. Is passionate, patient, and proactive with a strong commitment to inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality, tailored lessons to SEN pupils in Key Stage 2
2. Monitor, track and report on pupil progress
3. Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
4. Work closely with TAs and the SENCO to implement EHCPs
5. Create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
