Responsibilities
* Handle and coordinate active calendars
* Schedule and confirm meetings
* Provide administrative support for various departments
* Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar position.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Attention to detail,
* Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
