This super friendly family are seeking a reliable, proactive, and organised Personal Assistant / Nanny to support both their family’s childcare needs and the operational needs of the family business. This dual role requires experience in childcare and professional administrative support, with strong multitasking skills and a flexible approach. The ideal candidate can transition seamlessly between caring for children and handling administrative tasks for the business, which may include work both in-office and remotely.
The children are 2 years and a newborn so relative age experience is required. They live on a working sheep farm so the ideal candidate will be used to the country life and enjoy spending time outdoors with the children. This does mean there is great opportunities for fun walks to see the animals, areas to learn about nature and fun outdoor activities.
The role will be approximately 3 days of childcare and 2 days of PA work. Someone who has childcare experience along with administrative skills of supporting a business are key. A strong communicator, organised and adaptable are priorities and you will be required to travel with the family as they travel to the States on business. Both parents run the family business. Mum will be around, particularly the first few months and likes to be involved with the children so someone who is comfortable with parents around is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and adaptable professional who enjoys working with children and is motivated by supporting a growing business. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for both childcare and professional support, we would love to hear from you!
