Phonics Support Assistant | What We're Looking For:
1. First-class graduates from a top UK university with a degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related fields.
2. A genuine passion for working with vulnerable and disadvantaged children, along with a kind and caring demeanour.
3. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
4. Interest in Linguistics or a future as a Primary School Teacher or Speech and Language professional.
5. A patient and nurturing approach to learning.
