Key Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for HR, handling day-to-day queries and receiving external visitors. - Assist and support in tasks from recruitment and employee relations to recognition & social events, as well as handle the internal communication. - Manage HR systems, payroll, employee records, and compliance. - Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. - Assist with training, compliance, and development initiatives. With a natural ability to build relationships, you serve as the go-to person for all HR-related matters, providing guidance and assistance with professionalism and care.
