About the role:
1. Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance as a senior member of the HR team.
2. Manage HR casework, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
3. Handle transactional HR processes and administration throughout the employment cycle.
4. Utilise HR and recruitment systems, particularly iTrent, to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality HR services and support organisational objectives.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
About You:
7. CIPD Level 7 qualified (or go the relevant UK based experience)
8. Previous experience on HR and Recruitment systems
9. Previous HR casework experience is essential
10. Ideally experience within a local authority/public sector organisation
