About the role
As a key member of the StormWater Control Team based in Bedfordshire, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our commercial teams on geocellular structures while offering direct expertise to engineers and contractors working on some of the largest construction projects in the UK. This role goes beyond traditional civil engineering responsibilities, offering the opportunity to influence major infrastructure developments through innovative water management solutions. In addition to project support, you will play a pivotal role in positioning ACO Water Management as a leader in the sector by navigating evolving regulations and guidelines. This includes representing the company on relevant boards and technical committees, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed industry standards.

Location: Office based in Shefford, Bedfordshire.
About you
You will have a strong Civil Engineering product background, ideally qualified at least to degree level and/or relevant work experience in a civil engineering role.
To be successful in this role you will:

* Have strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Be familiar with geocellular systems and the relevant guidelines (desirable).
* Have an understanding load paths through relevant soils (desirable).
* Have exceptional presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Be pro-active in approach with sharing of ideas and providing innovative solutions to any given challenge.
* Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
