We expect you to build trust and strengthen meaningful connections with your customers. The position is responsible for retaining the existing customer through execution of long-term contracts and associated renewals, and for finding new opportunities to expand their account. As the first point of contact to the customer, the Hybrid Account Manager is expected to engage with all levels within the customer’s organisation, effectively communicate our story and our values, find the right internal resources to tailor our solutions and services in order to provide to our customers the freedom to choose and to innovate. Primary Responsibilities: Own the full cycle of the Sales portion of our Customer Journey, which includes the following phases, but not limited to pre-sales, active sales, negotiation, deal close and handoff for implementation. This includes full autonomy on paperwork preparation to conclude the sale (presentations, proposals, contracts). Grow and maintain the revenue within your current customer base through pro-active sales activity using the communication channels of your choice. Constantly look for new business opportunities with potential customers. Proactively document your activity in CRM systems, to foster collaboration and proactive tailored solutions for your customers. Build strong relationships with other internal team members who will be supporting you while serving your customer and closing new deals, including, but not limited to, Sales Engineers and Customer Support. Champion customer satisfaction. Advocate for Aptum’s value proposition and adapt our recommendations and solutions to your clients’ needs. Stay current on existing products and services available at Aptum, and on the most trending products available in the industry, to better understand your customer and offer new solutions. Constantly be on top of your Sales and Revenue objectives and proactively search for new ways to develop your skills and your knowledge. This position may require 25-50% travel. This is a fully remote position. Requirements: University degree in Business, Commerce or equivalent working experience. Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in the IT industry. Experience in Cloud Services, Managed Services, Hosting Solutions, Data Centers solutions. Proven B2B sales record, with Medium to Large-size businesses, while building meaningful relationships and engaging with Director/Executive level Proven Experience in Account Management, dealing with and growing large accounts. Proven experience working remotely and achieving high standards. Strong asset Certifications: AWS Business Professional and/or Azure AZ-900 A fluent level in French, spoken and written, is a strong asset. Which characteristics are best in our work environment?
