Global Accounting Network are currently partnered exclusively with an established business in the Woodford Green area to recruit for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a part or newly qualified finance professional to develop their career in a commercial role, this could also suit somebody who is qualified by experience and looking to utilise their commercial finance experience to support a growing business with managing their sites and contracts.

Skills/experience required:
* Organised and methodical,
* Previous month-end reporting experience,
* Highly personable with the ability to forge strong working relationships internally and externally,
* Experience compiling financial reports and presenting to non-finance teams.
Main responsibilities:
* P&L analysis,
* Monthly reporting on performance,
* Variance analysis,
* KPI reporting,
* Reviewing costs and supporting business units with cost control,
* Reviewing the balance sheet monthly,
* Delivering month end results,
* Presenting the period's finance results to senior management,
* Attending and leading finance meetings for business units,
* Review of aged debtors to support with minimising debt,
* Partnering with budget-holders to provide financial guidance,
* Annual budgeting and forecasting, accruals and deferrals,
* Working closely with other Finance Business Partners to improve processes and ensure consistent support across sites,
* Various other ad-hoc tasks to support the wider business and finance team.
