Admiral Money is an exciting, new division of Admiral Group. We have the freedom and innovation of a small startup with the security of a large parent company, Admiral.
The journey started when we launched unsecured personal loans in June 2017. We went on to be the first direct to consumer car finance provider in December 2017. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and have some exciting plans for the future.

The Role
This position is an entry role within our Mortgage sales operation team and will be a platform to build on existing knowledge and an opportunity to learn new skills with ‘on the job’ learning for potential progression within the team.
Working alongside and supporting a team of Broker Sales Executives, you will be assisting with the processing of Mortgage Applications from initial enquiries to completion whilst surpassing broker and customer expectations. You will be expected to work to set service levels and will give Pre & Post Completion Support to include chasing the case submission packaging documents and assisting with other Adhoc duties.
This is a hybrid working position; however, given the infancy of the business, you would be expected to work in the office three days a week. Once launched, as both a broker and customer-facing team, your working days and hours could be varied and include Saturday working where required.
Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure the straightforward running of Sales through to completion by gathering and chasing documents from Broker Intermediaries, customers, and third parties.
2. Supporting the sales team in all clerical and administrative tasks while liaising with other departments.
3. Assist in Intermediary visits, including preparing MI and training material.
4. Work closely with the Sales team in delivering the team's sales strategy and budgets.
5. Assist with tasks relating to broker onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
