About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented District Sales Manager to lead and elevate a cluster of 18-20 stores, including four top-performing locations. Based primarily across Cheshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, and Wrexham, you’ll be at the forefront of maximising sales, developing store teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
With a hybrid work setup—two days from home and three days visiting stores—you’ll have the flexibility to strategically drive performance while staying connected to your teams on the ground. The district includes locations such as Isle of Man, Llandudno, Liverpool, Chester, Cheshire Oaks, Crewe, Wrexham, Shrewsbury, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stafford, and Southport. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Driving Sales & Performance – Inspire store teams to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Coaching & Leadership – Develop store managers to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of excellence and succession planning.
* Operational Excellence – Ensure high standards across all stores, from visual merchandising to compliance and stock management.
* Maximising Profitability – Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing efficiency and profitability.
* Collaborating for Success – Work closely with Regional Managers, District Managers, and cross-functional teams to align with Claire’s strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven leader with multi-store retail management experience (1-2 years) or extensive store management experience (5+ years).
* A passion for customer service and driving retail excellence.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and make strategic decisions.
* Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (laptop proficiency required).
* A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively across the district.
* A flexible approach – able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
