North Lincolnshire Home First Myos House is a CQC registered service that provide support and care to individuals who are living with dementia and live independently in the community. We strive to deliver support that puts people at the centre of our services. Our aim is to ensure that a person can remain at home and feel confident and is safe to live as independently as possible. We provide onsite support that is 24/7 365 days of the year and will work a rolling rota pattern over 7 days. The role also involves direct work such as supporting with moving and handling, attending to personal care needs and administering medication as well as maximising opportunities for social inclusion and emotional wellbeing. The role offers a fantastic work life balance through a 26.25 hrs per week contract. This operates on a rolling rota basis covering AM shifts 07:00 to 15:00, and PM shift 16:00- 23:00. For those that would like more hours there is opportunity for working over time during times of sickness and annual leave.
