The role
Our team in Great Yarmouth is currently recruiting for an Administrator on a permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of administration tasks to the management team. You will act as the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries, messages from external parties, and client correspondence. Alongside this you will;
* Assist with processing of documentation
* Liaise with colleagues to ensure tasks are achieved and delivered on time
* Attend meetings and take minutes
* Order stock from suppliers
* Create reports
* Assist with other general administration duties
Our successful candidate
* Previous experience in a busy administration role
* Ability to adapt and work on your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Well organized
