* We are looking for candidates with experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk role. Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365 is essential. You should also have experience handling laptops and hardware, as well as asset management and record-keeping for hardware and software. Additionally, experience with new starter and leaver processing is required.
* Great-to-have skills include knowledge of Azure (and/or other cloud technologies), networking, Mac OS, antivirus solutions, telephone system support, ITIL/formal methodologies, and IT security knowledge.
