About the role
The Project Change Lead at Activ, reports to Mergers, Acquisitions and Integration Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition during the merger of Activ and genU, supporting key stakeholders, and managing the impact of organisational changes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with the overall strategic objectives, making a significant impact on the future direction of our customer experience.
This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of change, working across portfolios such as Client Experience, Strategy and Innovation, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and more. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating change management initiatives to ensure the successful integration of key business functions.
A typical day in the role may look like:
9. Developing change management documents including impact assessments, plans, communication strategies and training materials.
10. Leading change impact assessments and facilitating workshops and briefings to ensure all stakeholder readiness
11. Designing user journeys that map out future state business processes ensuring seamless transitions and operational readiness
12. Delivering training programs that align with the objective and organisational needs
13. Identifying potential risks and working closely to address the gaps and improve performance
The ideal candidate will have:
14. Previous experience in a change management or similar role, ideally within a large-scale organisational change effort.
15. A solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools
16. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively listen and influence
17. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and foster a collaborative working environment
18. A Tertiary degree qualification in any related business field such as Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent professional experience.
