Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated individuals with experience in helping children and young people who face emotional regulation challenges, often due to trauma. This Teaching Assistant position, based in South Bristol, offers a rewarding opportunity to work with both Primary and Secondary students.
As a Teaching Assistant, your role will go beyond academic assistance. You'll play a key part in helping students navigate their emotions and behaviours, using effective communication and relationship-building skills. The school takes a holistic approach to education, combining core subjects like Maths and English with practical life skills such as cooking and mechanics, with an on-site garage for hands-on learning!

About the Role:
* Small class sizes: 8-10 pupils, enabling you to form strong, supportive relationships with each student
* No prior teaching qualifications required: While classroom experience isn't necessary, experience with managing challenging behaviour is essential
* Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (08:30-3:30), providing a healthy work/life balance that fits your life
