Role overview Twogether is at the forefront of helping technology companies define, deliver, and drive success within their Channel. With 75% of all world trade going indirectly, there’s never been a more exciting time to help our technology clients utilise the channel ecosystem and engage their partners. This is a senior marketing role within the Channel Solutions team at Twogether. The role requires a thorough understanding of how channel partners go to market, as well as the ability to develop, implement and execute strategy ‘For’, ‘To’ and ‘Thru’ marketing programs. Experience is required developing and executing partner marketing activities and long-term client strategies, whilst managing and inspiring a team. Primary function: Lead the strategic development and implementation of vendor and partner channel marketing initiatives, providing expert guidance to help clients optimise their marketing strategies and achieve their business objectives. Secondary function: Support the consultancy team and wider team colleagues on marketing best practices. Role responsibilities Channel Partner Marketing Drive the strategic direction for For, To and Thru partner marketing programs Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration Ensure continuous monitoring and optimisation of marketing activities for maximum effectiveness Develop and deliver clear, results-focused reports and presentations for clients Client Liaison Establish and maintain influential relationships at all levels within clients including senior decision makers and influencers Contribute to and help to shape client channel marketing strategy and thinking Advise on all aspects of the channel marketing mix and their deployment to achieve a client’s business objectives Consider and articulate the right solution and offering for clients Thoroughly understand client’s brand and messaging guidelines Product and Service Portfolio Thoroughly understand our Partner Marketing Services portfolio and product offerings Contribute to the continual development of our For, To and Thru partner marketing services and identify new services and value-add activities Team Management and Collaboration Lead and motivate a team of channel marketing specialists, nurturing talent, and assuming responsibility for the successful implementation of their work Hold regular 1-2-1’s with direct reports, maintaining relevant objectives and development plans Hold annual appraisals with your direct reports Create and manage the objectives for each team member and measure performance against them Ensure that the team is delivering a high level of service and quality of work Collaborate effectively with senior colleagues – in particular the Senior Channel Marketing Consultant, Account Director, and Client Operations Lead - to deliver successful outcomes for clients Cross department collaboration: partner with other agency teams including Insights & Strategy, and creative services, to deliver effective client solutions About you The skills you require 5 hears in a Channel or Partner Marketing Role An understanding of the channel partner marketing landscape Proven success in developing partner marketing plans and campaigns Experience across a range of marketing disciplines and techniques Agency experience is preferred, but not mandatory Ability to motivate others A proven track record of successful client relationship building Strategic input/consulting and advising Your personality Commitment and passion for marketing communications Sense of responsibility and pride in your work Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft narratives Ability to organise and prioritise your own time effectively Ability to work with a diverse range of teams and specialisms Motivated, driven, and with a self-starting attitude Creative with a good eye for design and brand accuracy Attention to detail Passion for technology and B2B marketing Your benefits Private health care Life insurance Income protection Cash plan Pension 5% matched Annual leave 25 days 'Me days' x 3 Bike to work scheme Electric car scheme 2 volunteer days Referral scheme Extra holiday with long service Diversity and Inclusion Our commitment to diversity and inclusion Twogether is an equal opportunity employer, seeking to employ talent that reflects and is representative of our diverse community and the markets in which we operate.
