Role Description The Export Sales Manager will oversee the development of international markets, build strong distributor networks, and support product growth initiatives. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, and practical engagement with products, such as demonstrations and installations. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the existing distribution network, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to promote and sell products effectively. Assist communication between key customers and other business functions, such as Marketing, Service, Parts, and Engineering. Provide product and systems training for customers to support effective sales and usage. Identify growth areas for the company, including new product opportunities and market development. Create clear forecasts and sales plans for all key markets to inform company planning. Support distributor relationships and drive sales growth through international travel when necessary. Essential Skills and Experience Solid experience in agricultural or ground care machinery is essential. Sales experience is advantageous, but a passion for the industry and eagerness to learn are highly valued. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships with customers. Proficiency in IT systems for reporting, planning, and marketing assistance. A proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a track record of identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.
