Customer Service Administrator Dunstable £25,000k Per Annum Job Overview: Our client are a leading sports brand who are in search of an experienced Customer Service Administrator to coordinate the companies online customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, whilst providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing our client new projects online operations and customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the order fulfilment process, working with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and Zendesk. Collaborate with the ECB customer service team to resolve queries efficiently. Manage customer tickets and provide timely updates. Handle product returns and organize reshipping of orders as needed. Identify and resolve customer problems, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain minimal or no holiday during the peak period (March-May). During quieter periods, support the operations team as required. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience with Zendesk and managing a project desired Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities Ability to work under pressure during peak periods A team player with a flexible approach to supporting other departments when needed.
