WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To become a Schools Engagement Officer in our Marketing department, we need someone who is passionate about education, skilled in communication, and organised in project management.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.
We have a variety of students from the surrounding area; we are a welcoming and inclusive community that champions diversity and equality across our college.
This position is centred cross-campus; all applicants must be prepared to travel to our campuses and surrounding areas as required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

In summary, as someone who has Level 2 (at least) qualification in both Maths and English, or a willingness to gain, you will support in many aspects. To name a few:
* Build strong working relationships with schools in the local area to deliver upon and build new opportunities, especially those identified as hot prospects in the school strategy.
* Understand the College’s competitors within Worcestershire and surrounding areas, as well as the school’s landscape, and understand the opportunities for the college.
* Be an ambassador for the College, representing the College values and ethos.
